I hate having to start posts with excuses, but what do you do. This extended piece of silence is because there is a new issue in the cauldron, and all hands are on deck. We are brewing up something special for you this time round, due out Dec 8th. Just a little reminder that the nationals are happening this weekend, see you there. 0nine have announced the Aussie premiere date of Skylarking, no formal NZ premiere has been set as pretty much all the 0nine boys reside across the ditch now.

It been ages... The Adidas show in AK was tops! Thanks to Loaded, Adidas and David Farrier. There's about to be a series of skateboard competitions happening all over NZ. First up is the Reefton one on Nov 1st, and if you're in Wellington the Regionals will be on at Waitangi Park on the same day. Then there's the Skate Nationals at Big Boys Toys Nov 14-16. And finally, making up a huge November the Porirua Skate Jam on Nov 22nd. Jeepers. Check out the Skate Nats website too.

Decked Out is the latest in a spate of deck art exhibitions that have been popping up recently. This show is split between ALC Headquarters (162 Cuba St) and Manky Chops gallery (upstairs, 166a Cuba St), and opens this Friday, Oct 10th at 6.30pm. It will be Huge.



Also, Ride Snowboards 7th annual Snowboard Art Contest is open for entries. All are welcome. Check out Ridesnowboards.com for more info.

It's Been Done is a new art on skateboards exhibtion happening at The Good Room. Although the idea is not new this one is laced with good will as all proceeds will go towards Wanaka's new skate park, and all artwork is being done on USED boards. And while we are on the subject of Wanaka... they are having a competition at the skate park too.
