Dan goes by many names; one name that I believe he coined himself (although he disputes it) is Daniel Manual. It was ‘given’ to him way back in his murky past in San Diego, California, for his legendary ability to balance on two wheels. Now, as Manual's skate editor, the name seems more appropriate than ever.

Whatever pseudonym he goes by doesn't change the fact that Dan's love for skating runs deep, as does the use of correct grammar (contributing writers beware!). When Dan isn't hard at work penning a list of his all-time favourite video parts, re-editing his latest production, you will find him on the streets skating his heart out.
