Despite Dave being one of Manual's founding fathers, his theoretical authority on how it turns out, and his size 12 sneakers, Dave remains as much a contributor as an iron-fisted CEO. He shoots truckloads of (awesome) photos, co-ordinates the seemingly un-co-ordinatable (meaning basically the entire mag) and manages to coax the best out of the rest of us.
